If the Ooma IP phone is displaying a message that the network is down or unavailable, make sure that the Ethernet cable is connected to the phone’s INTERNET port.
If your IP phone is wireless-compatible, re-enter the Wi-Fi password. When you are entering the password again, disable the option to hide the password so you can visually confirm that it is entered correctly.
