POLICE TELL US THAT TROY GUILFORD AND CATHERINE HOLMES PLANNED TO MEET ON DENNEY ROAD BECAUSE OF A DEAL THEY MADE ON AN ONLINE MARKETPLACE. COURT DOCUMENTS I OBTAINED EARLIER SHOW THAT GUILFORD ROBBED THE 67 YEAR OLD OF HER WEDDING BAND, AND AN ENGAGEMENT RING. DOCUMENTS ALSO DETAIL THAT GUILFORD SHOT HOLMES WHILE SHE WAS IN HER CAR. AS WE’VE REPORTED, POLICE FOUND HER IN THE CRASHED CAR. SHE DIED LAST WEEK. TODAY, POLICE TOLD US THEY ARRESTED GUILFORD YESTERDAY IN CONNECTION TO THE SHOOTING.
