Diablo 4 Kehjistan All Side Quest Locations (2024)

Diablo 4 has 44 Side Questsin the region of Kehjistan. Each Side Quest will grant 20 Renown for the region, as well as various rewards. Some quests will require you use a gesture. Most quests are available from simply speaking to a person marked by a blue!on the map. Some will require previous quests to be completed before they become available, and some will start upon picking up a particular quest item that can drop in certain areas.

Scouring Sands

1 –Traces of Iron
Inside Tarsarak, available when first arriving. Head to the Iron Wolves Encampment and speak to Asyfa.

2 –Payment Past Due
Inside Tarsarak, available when first arriving. Head to the marked area and search for the Miner’s Lockbox, then return.

3 – Shadow of Alcarnus
In Forlorn Badlands, available when first arriving. Kill 12 Fly Demons within the Forlorn Badlands.

4 – Strayed from the Path
Inside Tarsarak, available after completing the Campaign. Head to the marked area and kill the Knights Penitent.

5 – Ravenous Necrolyte’s Cache
Pick up Ravenous Necrolyte’s Cache, which drops from enemies within The Outer Gardens. Kill Cultists and Demons in the marked area to harvest death anima.

AmberSands

6– Mirage
In Dunes of Despair, available when first arriving. Follow the mirage through the marked area and destroy the buried effigies, then kill Jazadar.

7– Desiccation
In Searing Expanse, available when first arriving. Give Naglaa a Healing Potion, then destroy 4 Fly Nests in the marked area. Return to Naglaa at Zakarum Temple.

8– The Pilgrim’s Footsteps
InSearing Expanse, available when first arriving. Head to the marked area at Zakarum Chapel and use the Follow gesture.

9– Butchers of the North
At Zakarum Chapel, available when first arriving. Kill 35 Cannibals in the marked area.

10– Symbol of Faith
At Zakarum Chapel, available when first arriving. Enter Tomb of the Saints dungeon and search for the Zakarum holy symbol, then kill the Graverobber.

11– Unsafe Travels
In Tar Pits, available when first arriving. Find a Ghost Palm within the marked area and return.

12 – Road to Ruin
In Dunes of Despair, available after completing Unsafe Travels. Kill the attacking Fly Demons while following Mahjoob.

13 – The Only Cure
Automatically started after completing Road to Ruin. Enter Mahjoob’s Safehouse and kill him.

Ragged Coastline

14 –Strange Remedies
Inside Iron Wolves Encampment, available when first arriving. Kill Drowned in the marked areas to collect 12 Digested Gutweed.

15 – A Wolf’s Honor
InsideIron Wolves Encampment, available when first arriving. Enter Forgotten Ruins dungeon and retrieve Alim and Tala’s belongings.

16 –Guardians of the Pit
InsideIron Wolves Encampment, available when first arriving. Kill Skeletons in the marked area until the champion spawns, then kill him.

17 –On the Hunt
InsideIron Wolves Encampment, available when first arriving. Head to the marked area and search for Dawood, then kill Malik. Return to Haddad.

18 – Seeking Refuge
In Scorched Gulch, available when first arriving. Head down and collect the supplies, then speak to Haddad at the encampment.

19 – More Value Than Gold
InsideIron Wolves Encampment, availableafter completing the previous Iron Wolves quests and leaving the area. Head to the quest marker, then kill the bandits and enter Tunnels Beneath The Oasis. Kill all 7 caged plague demons, then kill the Dahlgur Putrifier.

20– Head of the Snake
Automatically started after completingMore Value Than Gold. Head to the quest marker, then find the pillar in the marked area and interact with the wall to enter Triune Hideout. Kill all Triune Cultists.

21 – A Moment of Peace
Automatically started after completingHead of the Snake. Speak to Asa and Dawood.

22 – Timely Correspondence
Pick up Waterstained Letter, foundwhen searching objectsin Ragged Coastline. Speak to Aih’Setal in Gea Kul.

23 – Unusual Ore
Pick up Unusual Ore, dropped when searching oreveins within Ragged Coastline. Speak to Benamin in Iron Wolves Encampment.

24 –Endless Fortune
Pick up Old Journal, droppedby killing a Treasure Goblin in Kehjistan. Speak to Ostaf in Gea Kul.

Southern Expanse

25 – Final Straw
InPale Sands,available when first arriving. Take the oats and search the marked area for Neema, then escort her back with the oats.

26 –Deadly Trade
InsideGea Kul, available when first arriving. Speak to Shahos, then kill Khazra in the marked area to collect 20 Khazra Glands.

27 –Pinch of Poison
InsideGea Kul,available when first arriving. Collect 15 Scorpion Venom Glands by killing Scorpions within Kehjistan.

28 –The Speaking Stone
InsideGea Kul,available when first arriving. Head to the marked area and search for the statue.

29 – A Voice from the Past
InCentral Plateau,availableafter completingThe Speaking Stone. Enter Conclave dungeon and search for the Vizjerei Vessel, then return.

30– Izel of the Vizrjerei
Automatically startedafter completing A Voice from the Past. Head to the each of the marked areas and enter Vizjerei Athenaeum. Kill the enemies, then Izel.

31 – Late Shipment
Pick up Battered Shipment, which drops from enemies in Southern Expanse. Take it to Aih’Setal.

32 – Zakarum’s Plight
In Hakan’s Oasis, available when first arriving. Gather water and return it to Tameon.

33 – When the Tide Comes In
InShipwreck Cove,available when first arriving. Head to the marked area to find a sword, then continue and find all 3 family members.

34 – Spotted Mushroom
Pick up Spotted Mushroom, which can be found when searching herbs throughout Kejhistan. Take it to Veroka in Kyovashad.

35 – Sealed Khazra Offering
Pick up Sealed Khazra Offering, whichdrops from Khazra in Eastern Basin. Kill Khazra to harvest death anima.

Caldeum

36 – In Desperate Times
In Imperial Library, available after completing the Campaign. Head to the marked area and use the Help gesture.

37 – To Serve Again
Pick up Iron Wolf Armor, which is dropped by enemies in Abandoned Iron Wolves Garrison after completing the Campaign. Show it to Barez in Imperial Library.

38 – The Weapon of a Wolf
Pick up Iron Wolf Sword, which is dropped by enemies in Residential District after completing the Campaign. Show it to Barez in Imperial Library.

39 – An Errant Flock
In Southern Expanse, available after completing the Campaign. Follow the Traveler, speaking to him and killing the enemies at each stop.

40– Acts of Atonement
Started automatically after completingAn Errant Flock. Speak to 5 people in Gea Kul and enter Commandeered House, then kill the Knights Penitent.

41 – Justice Delayed
Started automatically after completing Acts of Atonement. Head to the marked area and kill the Knights Penitent, then speak to Edgar.

42 – An Unlawful Order
Started automatically after completingJustice Delayed. Head to the marked area and speak to Edgar, then head to Osric’s hideout and kill the Knights Penitent. Enter Osric’s Garrison and kill him.

43 – Remnants
Inside the Prison of Caldeum dungeon after completing the Campaign, pick up Crumpled Note which can drop from searching Tortured Prisoners. Search the marked area in Caldeum and enter Hideout Entrance, then kill the Knights Penintent.

44 – The Way of the Three
This side quest is very different to others, as to even start it you will need to gesture in front of three statues of the Prime Evils spread around Kehjistan. Head down to the Gates of Hell to find an Unknown Altar with 3 plaques that give you hints about where to find the statues. Head to the below locations to find the statues and use the Cheer gesture to ignite some flames.

• Diablo – Shrine of Terror (in Southern Expanse)
• Mephisto – Outside Denshar (north of Fields of Hatred)
  
• Baal – Altar of Ruin: Ritual Site (inside the boss room of Altar of Ruin, requires conquering the Stronghold first)
  

After cheering in front of the three statues, return to the Unknown Altar in Gates of Hell. Enter the Mysterious Gateway and kill the waves of demons before destroying the pillar.
